We offer a wide range of personal training services at Full Circle Wellness. Whether you need coaching during a training session or a program to tackle on your own, we have the knowledge and experience to get you the results you desire!

60 min session - $35 ($30 with purchase of 10+)

30 min session - $20

45 min session - $45

12-week training program - $175/4 weeks

Recovery

After you train, you must recover. Our methods and tools will keep your results coming and will also allow you to train more frequently.

Your diet is probably the biggest obstacle you’ll face in this journey. We’ll pair solid nutrition with an appropriate training regimen to get your individual goals met!

We support other local businesses, which is why we outsource all supplementation needs to our good friends at NutritionHQ. Quincy, a vitamin & supplement retail store locally owned by Tyler Hall. They strive to provide friendly & knowledgeable support to everyone who visits their store. In-Home Personal Training

Stay socially distanced and keep up with your fitness from the comfort of your own home! We’ll sanitize our own equipment and bring everything to you! This option is a favorite with our senior crowds and those wanting to get a start in fitness but is not ready for the commitment of a traditional gym.

60 min session - $40 ($35 with purchase of 10+)

personal assistance

This option is specially reserved for our senior crowds. Sometimes you might need assistance with daily life, and we can help you with that as well. Examples of personal assistance would include general cleaning, grocery shopping, meal assistance, doctor visits, etc. Sometimes, these types of services could mean the difference between remaining in your home and looking into other living arrangements.

Reiki

Dave Kroner is a 3rd degree Reiki Master and has practiced for over ten years. He has combined the traditional Reiki process with the use of tuning bowls and tuning forks to give each recipient a full-body Reiki re-attunement. A unique experience to help balance one’s energetic and emotional well being. Dave is currently operating out of a beautiful space located in Hannibal, MO. House calls available upon request!

Chiropractic Care

We’re trainers at Full Circle Wellness, not chiropractors. Fortunately for you, we have a close relationship with the best in town, Dr. Trevor Akers, of Akers Hometown Chiropractic. Not only will you receive top-level care, you’ll more than likely learn something with every visit. Although not directly affiliated with us, we are proud to consider him a part of our circle.
